It was too verbose and long
and legalize for me to read it with much
thought

but appears to be the liberal mind set these  days

approach to crime should be prevention not punishment

not a new thesis

but to take it to the level where in
the result is nearly none  or no punishment
(or conversely for  that matter no  protection for  the public )

is pure fantasy
stupid
unfair to all victims and potential victims

To answer the unanswerable woman question for her,
1. It says Female on your birth certificate based on doctor observation, and
2. If your pants and undies fell down right now, we'd see a natural born vagina, not a penis.
Then you're a woman.  Or
3.  Generally accepted anatomy differences.

Um, to the author, it was her decisions, not Republicans, that say she doesn't care about crime, law, guidelines, punishment or child sex abuse. Maybe Dems were wise not to step in front of that train.

Funny she doesn't remember her cases after such a short career on the bench.  Quite a contrast with the previous nominee, Justice Barrett who brought not a note and remembered everything.

The decision to say she won't be discussing her past decisions isn't going well for her.

He is a more reliable R vote than Lisa Murkowski (and Collins who barely voted yes) and this was pre-Romney.

Jackson is not a biologist to determine gender.  Interesting.  She admits gender is determined by Biology?  Isn't that racist, transphobic or something?
