The original common denominator for folk who populated Our Piazza was being subscribers of the Gilder Technology Report. During the early 2000s, many dropped their GTR subscriptions. However the GTR still hosts an annual technology conference, called Telecosm (a word coined by GTR creator, George Gilder) with the most recent one being held in early October, 2006. Progressively the GTR staff is associating audio files (sometimes video as well) with the publicly posted online agenda. Here is a link:
