would a good analogy for Kari Lake be

like  a fighter who is losing a fight and instead for rethinking the strategy with her corner
simply goes out swinging wildly with punches that do not work
achieve nothing tire her out and make look like an even bigger incompetent loser
rather then boxer who knows how to adjust , change strategy to something that might work ?

she is on the road to getting  knocked out ....
