Gaza protests. Gaza residents have launched rare protests against Hamas, expressing growing frustration as the war with Israel continues. Demonstrators accused Hamas of dragging civilians into the conflict and condemned Al Jazeera for what they see as pro-Hamas bias. As unrest spread, Israel sent mass text messages to Gaza residents blaming Hamas for Gaza’s suffering and urging them to rise against the group. Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz reinforced this, calling for mass resistance and warning of imminent military operations. He urged Gazans to demand Hamas’ removal and the release of Israeli hostages. Hamas responded with a statement claiming to "support" the protests, which Israeli sources dismissed as an attempt to shift blame to Israel and tie the unrest to demands for humanitarian aid rather than internal opposition. Meanwhile, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps staged a naval parade in the Persian Gulf ahead of International Quds Day, an annual pro-Palestinian event on April 5.
