HT BBG-- and with Trump's J6 pardons it may be time to open this thread.

Looks like ALL those executive orders (hey, and pardons too?) were machine signed, which this source claims black letter law says renders them void. My guess is that in his decrepit state and given the time pressure to sneak all these in under the wire, whoever opted to auto-sign ‘em, perhaps ‘cause Joe can only handle crayons these days but may eat ‘em, wasn’t a deep thinker where federal law is concerned:

Suuuuurrree, a DC jury that consistently acquits Democrats caught red handed violating this law or that while consistently convicting Republicans for jaywalking & handling out long sentences for it is the very definition of "due process," per MSDNC. They know how absurd the claim is, hence their handwringing can be dismissed as partisan politics, and it's not difficult at all to discern which side of the aisle they stand on while pretending to be impartial.

I wouldn't want to be on the other side of that court case arguing that the pardons and the executive orders are valid because an aide signed them with an auto pen.

Impersonating a police officer is a misdemeanor. I wonder what the crime is for impersonating a president?

I don't agree with pardons for all of them though perhaps clemency

and look at Bidens

I doubt presidents knew the details of most of these.

But we know Biden didn't know probably even a tiny fraction except for his son, and whose birthdate he cannot remember, and the rest of his "on the take" family members.
