So, your argument is that if elections were honest you would be OK with democratically approved gay marriage?

Me personally, no. Marriage is between a man and a woman.

The question presented is not your personal vote.  To refresh your memory, the question presented is:

Assuming honest elections, AGREE OR DISAGREE-- "The voters should decide the definition of marriage"?

Let every state decide what constitutes marriage.

Arguably distinguishable-- a State's police power is precisely about behavior in that State.

Also to be noted is that should we let you get away with it  :-D your rhetorical flourish would have you avoid the question put to you.  So , , , please answer the question put to you.

So a state can ban sodomy as part of it’s police powers?

So same sex marriage can exist, but we can arrest them for sodomy? I can agree with that compromise.

I have to think that responsible gays have to be reading this and thinking of repulsion and angry such irresponsible behavior reflects badly on gays.

A similar but perhaps somewhat less outrageous (occurred outside not inside) event shadows this:

John died earlier this yr.
