More registered voters than eligible ones in PA. Some nice graphs, one showing which counties have the greatest registered excess.

You Too Can Be a State of Washington (Fraudulent) Voter!

Just follow the steps noted halfway down the piece and viola!, you too can vote, presumably for Harris.

I'd have linked directly to the X video demonstrating how easy it is to become a voter there--be aware you will need to make up a fictional address, apparently any address so long as it hales from WA--but there are other useful links found here:

Vote Fraud of an Unknown Scale Occurring

An assessment of the integrity of the US electoral system by a pro that battles electronic fiscal fraud. Her take: tremendous resources are devoted to financial fraud, yet it still occurs. Far fewer resources are devoted to vote fraud, which ought to inform our perspective as no one truly knows how much fraud occurs:

Election Lawfare Escalates in Wisconsin
The State AG uses his office to intimidate a Republican mayor.
By The Editorial Board
Oct. 23, 2024 5:40 pm ET

Wisconsin Democrats have a history of using state law enforcement to target conservatives, and they’re at it again. In recent days the state Department of Justice raided the home of conservative Wausau Mayor Doug Diny for moving an unsecured absentee ballot drop box.

Opinion: Free Expression
Free Expression
Is Donald Trump Closing In on Victory?

Last Wednesday five law enforcement officials arrived at the mayor’s house and searched the premises while the mayor wasn’t home. They took his cellphone and personal computer and his wife’s cellphone. The raid and a simultaneous one at his office were executed under a warrant for election fraud.

Hard to make this one up. On a Sunday afternoon in September, Mayor Diny noticed that the city clerk had set up a drop box for election ballots outside City Hall in this city of 40,000 in central Wisconsin. The drop box wasn’t bolted to the ground, or well lit, as best-practice guidelines from the Wisconsin Election Commission have specified.

So the mayor grabbed a hand trolley, put on a hard hat and wheeled it back into the building. He then emailed the facilities manager to let him know he had brought the box inside so that the lack of security could be resolved. The ballot box was still equipped with a lock plate, so no ballots had been deposited.

The ability to wheel away a ballot box on a hand trolley should itself prove that the drop box wasn’t appropriately secured. But Mr. Diny’s action was greeted with suspicion and pique, including a question from Wausau Alderman Lisa Rasmussen who demanded why he had moved the box while “wearing a disguise.”

Enter state Attorney General Josh Kaul, who unleashed his prosecutors and obtained the warrant against Mr. Diny. Marathon County Supervisor Randy Radtke also signed a letter to U.S. Attorney Timothy O’Shea to allege Mr. Diny had “broken federal law by using his official position to interfere with citizens’ right to vote.”

The warrant and raid are all out of proportion to Mr. Diny’s action, and Mr. Kaul has succeeded if his goal is to stir partisan suspicion and passions. Mr. Diny tells us he’s had more than a hundred voice messages and emails, including several death threats against him and his family.

“What I did was not dishonest, it was done in broad daylight,” he said, while noting he had “grossly underestimated” the political forces that would be unleashed.

Mr. Kaul’s lawfare assault fits with the progressive election priority of using drop boxes to boost Democratic turnout. The state Supreme Court’s new progressive majority relaxed rules for ballot drop boxes this summer, overturning a 2022 decision by the previous conservative majority. Progressives view drop boxes as essential to winning the Senate and presidential races in two weeks, and whether the boxes abide by state rules doesn’t matter.

Mr. Diny’s mistake was daring to care about the integrity of ballots, and Mr. Kaul wants to punish him for it. The search warrant lets Mr. Kaul’s agents go spelunking through the Dinys’ texts and emails to see if they can turn up anything negative. Watch for partisan leaks to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

but how can anyone know if someone is illegally voting if you cannot prove who they are?

of course that is their game.

Was 2020 Stolen?
« Reply #2969 on: October 27, 2024, 03:26:11 PM »
One of the best surveys of electoral fraud in 2020 I’ve encountered:

This is long.  It is in response to two things:  1) the continued media attacks against the Election Integrity Network and me, as its Founder, and 2) the question that Joe Rogan asked President Trump:   “Was the 2020 election stolen?”

My answer:  I don’t say it was stolen in the normal sense of the word.  What I say is what I know, and what many of us in the election integrity movement can confirm:  the election process was taken over by leftwing activist groups who had burrowed into election systems across the country by the time of the 2020 election.  And they manipulated the election system in myriad ways in state after state.

You can find solid data and evidence of the manipulation of the 2020 election in work by Dr. John Droz, Joe Fried’s book “Debunked”, Mollie Hemingway’s book, “Rigged”, Citizens United’s movie “Rigged” (about the Zuckerbuxx impact and studies by myriad sources.

What I know is that in Georgia, for instance, there were more illegal votes cast in violation of state law but were nonetheless counted and included in the certified total than the margin between Pres Trump and Joe Biden. That is also true for Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Arizona.  And likely other states.

In Georgia, we identified 18,325 ballots that were cast in GA from voters whose addresses were shown on the USPS records as “vacant”
That is one of 30 categories of illegal votes we identified and included in the election contest filed on behalf of President Trump in GA- but the case was never heard because no judge was appointed to hear it before the time ran out (took 30 days to get a judge assigned!).
We know that Fulton County double-scanned roughly 3500 ballots - in a race decided by 11,779 votes.  And there has been no accountability for that.  There have been multiple complaints filed against the Fulton County election office for legal violations in 2020…again, with no accountability.

That’s just Georgia.

And then we saw the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story - Which was election interference by our own government.   When people were informed after the election about the facts related to the Hunter Biden laptop, 17% of the respondents said they would not have voted for Biden had they known of that story before the election.

There was the nearly half billion dollars from Mark Zuckerberg, that flowed through 2 leftwing entities into election offices to dramatically increase the Democrat turnout in key Democrat cities and counties.   Those billionaire funds turned election offices into Democrat GOTV machines.   And that made the difference in the total votes in Wisconsin, for certain.

There was so much manipulation of the system by leftwing groups - overturning election statutes and processes, and then upheld by partisan Democrat judges.  Example:   The Democratic Secretary of State in PA issued a memorandum in September 2020 to all the counties that the statute requiring matching of signatures on absentee ballots was being “waived” because of COVID.  And when the PAGOP sued to ask the court to uphold this black letter law, the lower court agreed but the Democrat-controlled PA Supreme Court overruled and said that no signature matching was necessary, notwithstanding the statutory requirement to the contrary.

It was defeat by a thousand ways in which the election system itself loomed large – where  laws were changed or ignored, and where money and leftist activists were allowed into election offices with no parity whatsoever from our side.  GA SOS Brad Raffensperger allowed ACLU attorneys to “train” election workers in Georgia on how essentially to NOT verify signatures on absentee ballots, and Fulton County allowed the ACLU to be in the election offices to  “assist” and oversee the election operations.  With no similar presence by GOP or conservative representatives.

bringing this forward from a previous post

"Washington Post ran an interesting feature article on a plot to rig the mail-in ballots of Union servicemen during the 1864 election. The plotters set up a virtual assembly line to put forged names and signatures on otherwise official New York ballots, seeking to swing the vote away from President Lincoln and to his challenger, George McClellan. Crates of phony ballots were sent back to New York, ostensibly from soldiers, though they did not know ballots were being cast in their name, and some of them were deceased. But as one of the conspirators quipped, “Dead or alive, they all had cast a good vote.” However, poll checker Oliver Wood infiltrated and then reported the fraud scheme. The perpetrators were rounded up and"***

(2) FIFTH CIRCUIT RULES MAIL-IN BALLOTS MUST ARRIVE BY ELECTION DAY: The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that a Mississippi law allowing mail-in ballots to be accepted after Election Day violates federal law establishing a single day for federal elections.
The Fifth Circuit panel of judges sent the case back to the lower federal district court to decide if the decision will take effect before the November 2024 election.
Why It Matters: The lower district court will likely hold off a decision on the mail-in ballot law until after the November election. However, if the decision stands or is appealed to the Supreme Court, it could reign in election laws and rules passed by states in the wake of COVID that expanded no-excuse mail-in ballot voting. – R.C.
(3) Election Rollup:
University of Kentucky election-law professor Joshua Douglas said the chances of the Supreme Court deciding the 2024 election is “pretty small,” and the Supreme Court “is not going to want to get involved unless it absolutely has to.” According to Douglas, 190 election-related lawsuits filed since 2023 are intended to provide avenues for a potential challenge to the Supreme Court. “You need one state being a tipping point and a very narrow margin of victory,” and “a hook” for the Supreme Court to decide on the 2024 election, Notre Dame election-law professor Derek Muller said.
Lancaster County, PA District Attorney Heather Adams said authorities are investigating 2,500 voter registration applications collected by a voter registration canvassing operation over the summer. According to Adams, 60% of the voter registration applications examined so far are fraudulent. “Staff noticed that numerous applications appeared to have the same handwriting and were filled out on the same day,” Adams said.
U.S. District Judge Patricia Tolliver Giles ruled that Virginia must reinstate 1,600 registered voters that were removed from Virginia’s voter rolls, after the Department of Justice (DOJ) said Virginia violated the 90-day “Quiet Period” in the National Voter Registration Act. Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin said the 1,600 purged voters self-identified as non-citizens and plans to appeal to the Supreme Court.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit in the Western District of Texas federal court to force the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to turn over the immigration status of 450,000 registered voters in Texas. Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose also filed a lawsuit after DHS refused to hand over immigration status information for registered voters who self-identified as non-citizens.

Morning all. Sorry I have not been around the last couple of weeks, but lost a family friend of 45 years to cancer, and then an old fried of 37 years that I worked for at one time. Life sucks.

Now to the point of this post.

I tend to look at things from a statistical data viewpoint. Things must make sense.

I am going to admit it now. I am flat out scared about next Tuesday's election. Have been apprehensive as we all have, but now apprehensive is upgraded to scared.

The pollsters are flat out doing something different this year. Instead of "tightening up" with the conservatives increasing support, they are showing Kamala either tied or ahead of Donald.

Polls are "revealing" essentially a 3 way equal split between Dem/Rep/Indies. So they are likely manipulating results through some other demographics that I cannot figure out. If so, the "sudden" increase in Kamala's support might be "attributed" to undecideds breaking to Kamala, though this is hard to believe.

All of this could be in conjunction with the upcoming steal. But it scares the hell out of me.

The fix is in - we all know this.

No matter who wins/loses half the country will be going nuts.
And the election will NOT be over on election day.   No one believes that.

My voting station is 2 or 3 blocks away.

Usually very easy to walk in vote and leave.
Last time they did not card me but had my name on some sort of list .

This weekend, am going to do a deep dive into the last polls of key states to see if I can come to a conclusion of which way the states vote. For purposes of extrapolation, am going to use "undercount" of Trump at 3%.

Question:

Can there also be an undercount of Kamala support. People afraid to admit that they would vote for Kamala?

According to law enforcement officials, incendiary devices found at the scenes of arson attacks on mail-in ballot drop boxes in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA were marked with “Free Gaza” and “Free Palestine.” One official said investigators are trying to determine if the suspect is actually a pro-Palestine activist or using the messaging to sow discord. “There was enough evidence collected at all three scenes that lead us to believe that all three incidents are connected, and we cannot get into more detail,” Portland Police Bureau spokesman Mike Benner said.

The "Eligible Voter" Rope-a-Dope
« Reply #2982 on: October 30, 2024, 09:09:31 AM »
A Virginia law Passed in 2006, signed by then Democratic Governor and now Democratic Senator Tim Kaine, and approved by the DOJ now has the same DOJ, at the behest of the Biden admin, suing Virginia to keep ineligible voters on the rolls (thankfully struck down the the SCOTUS today) to ignore said law and said DOJ finding, with a mealy mouthed Kaine going limp when sought for definitive comment. A microcosm, in short, for what the Biden admins is doing nationwide: complicating enforcement efforts of black letter law and undermining confidence in ANY national election result:

The Mark of Kaine: The Biden Administration Under Fire for Virginia Lawsuit over Non-Citizen Voter Removals

Call it the Mark of Kaine. The heated dispute between the Biden Administration and the State of Virginia just took a curious turn after Virginia lawyers released support for the effort to remove alleged noncitizens from the voting rolls ahead of the presidential election. The main witness against the Biden Administration may prove to be Sen. Tim Kaine (D., Va.) who is on the ballot this election.

The Biden Administration sued to stop the removal of 6,303 alleged noncitizens from Virginia’s voter rolls before the election, which is expected to be close in the state. It relies on the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), or the “Motor Voter Law,” which bars “systemic” removal of voters from the rolls less than 90 days before an election.

Gov. Glenn Youngkin ordered compliance with existing laws, citing Virginia code 24.2-439, requiring the removal of  noncitizens whose names were added under false pretenses. It also cited Virginia Code 24.2-1019, requiring registrars to immediately notify their county or city prosecutor of such situations.

The NVRA has exceptions for removals within what the Justice Department calls the “quiet” period before an election, including the removal of individuals who are “ineligible to vote because of a criminal conviction or mental incapacity, or for “correction of registration records pursuant to this chapter.”

However, the state argues as a threshold matter that these are not systemic removals. The state argues that these are individual actions triggered automatically by citizens identifying themselves as noncitizens but then joining the voting rolls. It is a crime for a noncitizen to vote in the election.

The state notes that the voter is notified of the problem and allowed to correct any errors to remain on the rolls. If they do not correct the problem, they are removed from the rolls. However, they can still vote on election day with a “provisional” ballot to challenge any removal.

Virginia is not targeting any group and does not know how these voters might vote. It is responding to a notice coming from the Department of Motor Vehicle of a possible ineligibility and potential criminal act if the person actually votes, which is admittedly rare for noncitizens.

While the Justice Department insists that some of these individuals are actually citizens, the system allows for those citizens to remain on the rolls by simply correcting the DMV record.

I understand concerns over changes close to the election, but there seemed to be a host of options for the Justice Department short of this lawsuit, including working with the state to be sure that this relatively small number of voters are given ample opportunity to correct their records.

This weekend, Virginia added a new wrinkle in the litigation. The Virginia law has been on the books since 2006. The bipartisan legislation was signed into law by then Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine. It has been used without any objection for all those years.

However, it now appears that Kaine’s administration specifically asked the Justice Department to determine if the law was compliant with federal laws, including an express inquiry about the NVRA.

On December 16, 2006, the Justice Department completed its review and found no objections to the Virginia law though it added that it reserves the right to object in the future to any such laws.

Gov. Youngkin further told Fox News that past governors continued to use the law within the 90 days period without a peep of objection from the Justice Department.

These facts distinguish the Virginia case from the Alabama case where a court enjoined removal of names of suspected non-citizens.

Now, Kaine is on the ballot and there is a close election for the presidency. The Biden Administration is suddenly claiming to be “shocked, shocked” that there are alleged noncitizens being removed from the ballot.

In July, in an interview with WJLA-TV , Kaine insisted that “voting should be reserved for U.S. citizens.” When pressed recently, his campaign issued a non-statement statement that, again, insisted that “it is illegal for noncitizens to vote” while adding that “just as we want to block noncitizens from voting, we need to keep eligible voters from being purged from voting rolls, particularly just weeks from an election.”

Youngkin agrees that the state must “block noncitizens from voting” and is using the very law Kaine signed (and the Justice Department approved) for that purpose.

In the end, these votes are unlikely that to change any electoral outcomes. However, there is a broader fight building over a variety of election integrity efforts.

States have complained that the Biden Administration has harassed and sued them at every turn as they sought to require voter identification or other laws.

Florida is now suing the Biden administration for allegedly obstructing the verification of immigration records so the state can remove any non-citizens. The state alleges that the Biden Administration has simply refused to supply required verification information.

These are just a few of the over 165 election-related lawsuits filed in the days before the election by the federal and states authorities and various public interest groups.

Some local officials are sparring with state officials. Fourteen states do not require voter identification. Despite the opposition from the Administration and many Democratic leaders, Gallop and other polling show Americans overwhelmingly support voter identification laws. In California, the state actually made it illegal for local election officials to ask for identification from voters.

The key about the lawsuits filed close to the election is the first round is often the last round. Whoever wins these fights for injunctive relief is likely to remain the prevailing party in the final days before the election.

There is now a virtual army of lawyers deployed by both parties to secure or to protect the expected small margin of victory in the election. Indeed, lawsuits like the Virginia action constitute a type of “harassing fire” to push back on states on identification and eligibility efforts.

The Biden Administration’s move against Virginia shows how one person’s voter integrity is another’s voter suppression. Indeed, the man who signed this state law is now supporting the Administration seeking to limit its use.

Yet, the mark of Kaine on this law is an indelible reminder of how even long-standing practices are now being challenged in this hair-triggered environment. For voters, they will have to be careful when picking their line at their polling place. The longest line is likely the lawyers waiting to get inside.

I think this is an update in Ga counties allowing ballot drop offs
« Reply #2997 on: November 03, 2024, 06:47:27 AM »
over the weekend.

I don't think it mentions anything about no monitors allowed though:

If no monitoring is allowed then how do we know sacks of illegal ballots are not being dropped off?

Group Associated w/ Last Minute Registrations in PA Goes Dark
« Reply #2998 on: November 03, 2024, 01:02:33 PM »
Posted about this above. Now the group that tried to rush through all those last minute voter registrations in various PA precincts has now gone dark. The sort of thing the DOJ ought to investigate … if it weren’t a wholly owned subsidiary of the Dems & administrative state:
