Various websites scrubbing off message stories about Kamala doing things that aren’t good for the Narrative. Real time Soviet memory holes popping up all over the place:

"Memory Holing" is real and insidious.

All of us here have been noting it.

Indeed one of the missions of this forum is to combat it, hence our proclivity to paste entire articles instead of just the link, especially one the subject matter is one likely to be deleted down the road.

What else can we do?

And then be ignored.

Other than that, win elections….

Just think if we did not have Fox, talk radio, podcasts, Newsmax, websites on our side.

The libs could almost do whatever they wanted.

Just like the Soviets.

They could even jail dissenters.    Who would know?

We are NOT running against buffoon Kamala

We are running against the giant meg DNC machine which includes most of Federal government, agencies, academia, media, rich megadonors, DEI infrastructure

so just calling her mega woke will simply be denied reflected back covered up and diverted to racism anti women anti democracy and the rest

meantime we still have never trumpers rinos who seem not to get it.

we would have won even with Trump's negatives easily if not for illegal immigration the past 30 yrs. let alone longer.

About those Debates:
« Reply #311 on: July 26, 2024, 11:13:29 AM »
@hughhewitt
Former President Trump is of course under on obligation to continue his agreement on debates that he had with Biden after Kamala’s coup. The
@VP
has not done a serious interview in years. She’s an off-the-shelf, left-wing ideologue and standard issue “San Francisco Democrat,” and Trump (1) should delay any debate until after Harris sits for a minimum of 3 serious interviews by serious journalists (not from the left or former Democratic operatives) and (2) a schedule of three debates is agreed to including journalists from across the spectrum as Harris has never, ever sat for an interview with anyone from the center-right much less a conservative journalist.
@LaCivitaC
 and
@susie57
can negotiate a series of debates but legacy media’s attempt to roll Trump into ambushes should be rebuffed. The whole country knows Harris has limited experience and abilities, that she failed in the only job Biden gave her, and that she’s way out of the American political mainstream. Team Trump is under zero obligation to assist in her makeover or to ignore the cover-up by her and legacy media of Biden’s infirmity.

I take the gist here being to force her to define her positions before going into the debate(s).  A crafty thought.

Agree.  Hugh Hewitt was on vacation when all this happened.   Good to see him com back with fresh ideas. (He also would likely be one of the conservative media debate moderators.)

The old debate apparatus was broken and now it's gone so why not demand that it is rebuilt right.

Trump has some leverage here, why not use it.

Newt also says beware of Kamala catching on. Don't underestimate her. Sorry I don't have a link.

A certain type of liberal young voter will like her.  I don't know what is to love, she's not very bright and we're not wrong about these word salads.  But she represents liberalism, the best path to beat trump, and she's female and sort of black.

Exciting to have the first woman president but kind of dumb to have the wrong one break that ground.

I don't think these times call for a DEI pick.

The Willie Brown Connection
« Reply #317 on: July 26, 2024, 05:27:40 PM »
Kamala’s Willie Brown/San Fran skullduggery connections deserve a full airing:

The New York Times says it’s ‘sexist’ to question why Harris had an affair with a powerful political boss twice her age — but the facts they’re not telling you are damning.

Author Mark Hemingway

Kamala Harris hasn’t been the presumptive Democrat nominee for even a week, and already the press is desperately trying to insist perfectly valid criticisms of her are illegitimate. If you think the media were complicit in attempting and failing to hide Joe Biden’s senility, the attempt to retcon her political career into something that resembles respectable and competent is even more brazen.

“She was never the border czar.”

“She was never considered the most liberal senator.”

“She was never a DEI hire.”

“She doesn’t owe her political career to her powerful boyfriend.”

Oh, but she was, she was, she was, and she does.

The dishonesty surrounding all of these issues is worth highlighting, but let’s focus on that last point involving Harris’ relationship with California’s powerful political boss Wille Brown, for no other reason than The New York Times has provided a terrific example of how the lies are coming in hot.

The Times’ “On Politics” newsletter Wednesday — think of it as political talking points for affluent wine moms, a.k.a. the Democrats’ base — was dedicated to combatting “the sexist and racist rumors that have followed Harris for years” with “the facts behind several conspiracy theories and misleading claims about Harris that have spread widely in recent days.”

Nearly the whole thing is an orgiastic recitation of errant nonsense, starting with the fact that the Times is quoting disgraced “disinformation expert” Nina Jankowicz to make the case that Harris is the victim of a disproportionate amount of online attacks. (Harris’ competitor in the presidential race was shot in the head less than two weeks ago, and, unsurprisingly, there’s been a dearth of media handwringing about the rhetorical climate that may have enabled an actual assassination attempt. That’s because an honest discussion about hateful rhetoric would involve asking basic questions such as, “Why did The New York Times win a Pulitzer for stories based on the false premise that Donald Trump stole an election by treasonously colluding with Russia?”)

But I digress. Again, the real lowlight of the Times article is its discussion of Kamala Harris’ relationship with Willie Brown. One of my favorite things “fact checkers” do is introduce a proposition as false and then try to confirm that falsity by desperately spinning a bunch of inconvenient facts that confirm the proposition is actually true. The entire section on Harris and Willie Brown is a textbook example:

The sexist insinuations point in part to her brief relationship in the 1990s with Willie Brown, who was 60 and the speaker of the California Assembly when Harris was 29 and rising in the Bay Area legal scene. He appointed Harris to two well-paid state board positions and introduced her to his political connections.

When she was campaigning to be San Francisco’s district attorney in 2003, her opponents repeatedly commented on her link to Brown — references that she told The New York Times in 2019 were “frustrating” and “designed to degrade, frankly, the conversation about why we needed a new D.A.”

During the 2003 race, which she won, she told SF Weekly that there was nothing improper about benefiting from her ties to Brown, although she described the relationship as an “albatross hanging around my neck.” She said she “brought a level of life knowledge and common sense” to the board roles, adding that “whether you agree or disagree with the system, I did the work.”

She said that she had “no doubt that I am independent of him” and that “I do not owe him a thing.”

Just so we’re clear, The New York Times is confirming Harris did in fact have a relationship with Willie Brown, who was 31 years older (and, for what it’s worth, still married at the time). Harris herself admits her career benefited significantly from said relationship. Other Democrats shared the perception she did not earn her positions. And Harris, a lawyer who initially failed the bar exam, can only say that she “brought a level of life knowledge and common sense” rather than actual qualifications to the jobs Brown appointed her to. But it’s a sexist insinuation to insist these facts are rather unflattering to Kamala!

And this is just what The New York Times is admitting. In actuality, the details are far worse than the Times is letting on. Peter Schweizer, an investigative journalist who has worked with The New York Times in the past, details quite a bit on the corrupt nature of the Harris/Brown relationship in his book, Profiles in Corruption, which has been out for four and a half years. And the facts as he lays them out are damning.

Brown, who was repeatedly investigated by the FBI for corruption, was far more involved in Harris’ career ascent than appointing her to two board positions. He was a kingmaker in California, and he was heavily involved in helping Harris get elected as San Francisco district attorney. Brown didn’t do this entirely out of the goodness of his heart. Harris was working for the previous district attorney, Terence Hallinan, and quit when she got passed over for the No. 2 position in the DA’s office.

Hallinan found himself as the subject of criticism from other city officials, but others suggested the controversy was manufactured. “This whole thing is about Kamala Harris,” a source close to Brown told the San Francisco Chronicle. “Cross one of Willie’s friends and there will be hell to pay.” Eventually, Harris ran for DA with Brown’s powerful backing — a former Brown aide managed her campaign, and Brown played a key role in her fundraising, which was incredibly successful. After starting the race polling a distant third, she won the election.

Once in office, Harris then dropped or pled out corruption charges against friends of Willie Brown that Hallinan had been pursuing. There were a number of Brown’s friends let off the hook, but most notably this included a sweetheart plea deal for a notorious city contractor caught defrauding the city by using inferior recycled concrete in sensitive projects such as parking garages and the Bay Bridge. This compromised the structural integrity of those projects and endangered lives. But Harris dropped all the fraud charges and accepted a guilty plea on a single count involving an environmental violation.

“Harris’ office had no explanation for why it dropped the concrete case,” reported the Chronicle. A better explanation is that the contractor in question was generous with campaign donations and had previously been popped for making an illegal $2,000 donation to, yup, Willie Brown.

Anyway, there’s a lot more alarming reporting in Schweizer’s book that’s worth revisiting, and it’s not a stretch to say Kamala Harris has engaged in outright corruption in her career. Suffice to say, when The New York Times takes Kamala Harris at her word that her relationship with Willie Brown was not “improper,” they’re erasing the functional difference between lying and profound ignorance. And when she’s credulously quoted saying, “I do not owe him a thing,” it’s journalistic malpractice to believe her.

To say that Kamala Harris had an affair with a man more than twice her age, leveraged his fundraising prowess and connections to launch her political career, and once in office did his corrupt bidding isn’t sexist. It’s well-grounded in fact.

But facts aren’t something The New York Times is much interested in. Kamala Harris’ late entry into the presidential race means they don’t have much time to use what’s left of their institutional clout to try to dishonestly sway a presidential race.

4th or something post. Hey, it worked for Joe:

Harris does not support fracking ban: Campaign official
The Hill News / by Rachel Frazin / Jul 26, 2024 at 6:26 PM

Vice President Kamala Harris will not seek to ban fracking if she’s elected president, an official with her campaign told The Hill on Friday.

Harris’s position not to support a ban on fracking differs from where she stood when she was running for president last cycle.

While she was one of several Democrats vying for the 2020 nomination, she told CNN, “There’s no question I’m in favor of banning fracking.”

However, since that time, she joined the Biden campaign and administration, neither of which supports a ban on fracking

Since Harris became the party’s likely nominee after Biden dropped out of the race, Republicans, including former President Trump, have highlighted her 2019 stance.

“She wants no fracking,” Trump told supporters this week during a rally in Charlotte, N.C. “You’re going to be paying a lot of money. You’re going to be paying so much. You’re going to say ‘bring back Trump.’”

A spokesperson for Harris’s campaign pushed back, saying, “Trump's false claims about fracking bans are an obvious attempt to distract from his own plans to enrich oil and gas executives at the expense of the middle class.”

“The Biden-Harris Administration passed the largest ever climate change legislation and under their leadership, America now has the highest ever domestic energy production,” the spokesperson said in an email. “This Administration created 300,000 energy jobs, while Trump lost nearly a million and his Project 2025 would undo the enormous progress we’ve made the past four years.”

Project 2025, a plan from the Heritage Foundation think tank, is not directly affiliated with the Trump campaign. Though portions of it are written by former Trump administration officials, Trump has sought to distance himself from it.

Fracking is a technique for extracting oil and gas that has been linked to water contamination and other pollution. Candidates’ positions on the issue may impact their standing in Pennsylvania, a key swing state that is also a major gas producer.

There's no reason to put a name on it. But there are names for it, prostitute, tramp, slut, homewrecker, whire.

What is sexist is to judge that worse than you would men. At least at some point in his life and in some circumstance, Trump had no morals in this area. Same exactly true for Harris. The difference is, that's what all these women hate about Trump. And then refuse to look at the double standard.

One thing that Trump was never accused of was sleeping with women for money, gifts, etc.

Vice President Kamala Harris waves as … more >

By Valerie Richardson The Washington Times Tuesday, July 23, 2024

Vice President Kamala Harris’ pro-abortion views and “anti-Catholic bigotry” are ringing warning bells for advocates of the faith, which has about 71 million members in the U.S.

No sooner had President Biden dropped out of the race Sunday than traditional Catholics sounded the alarm on what CatholicVote called Ms. Harris’ history of “anti-Catholic bigotry,” citing incidents that date to her days as California attorney general and U.S. senator.

With Mr. Biden’s exit, Ms. Harris emerged as the presumptive 2024 Democratic presidential nomination, teeing up a race against former President Donald Trump, the Republican nominee.
You Might Also Like

“Since the day she stepped into public life, Kamala Harris has epitomized gross incompetence, corruption and shameless bigotry that have become the mark of hard-left politicians,” CatholicVote President Brian Burch said. “She has specifically targeted people of faith and pro-life citizens for their beliefs and defense of the most defenseless in our society.”

One memorable example: Her 2018 quizzing of federal judiciary nominee Brian Buescher about his membership in the Knights of Columbus, a men’s Catholic fraternal organization with 2 million members known for its pancake breakfasts and charitable work.

Ms. Harris, who at the time was a senator on the Judiciary Committee, asked Mr. Buescher if he knew that the group “opposed a woman’s right to choose” and if he had “ever, in any way, assisted with or contributed to advocacy against women’s reproductive rights.”

She and Democratic Sen. Mazie Hirono of Hawaii, who asked if he would quit the Knights if confirmed, were accused of imposing a religious litmus test on federal judicial nominees in violation of Article VI of the Constitution. Mr. Buescher was ultimately confirmed.

“Not only has Harris characterized Catholic Church teachings as ‘extreme’ and disqualifying for the federal judiciary, but she has also helped lead an administration that sought to weaponize the government against their political opponents,” Mr. Burch said.

Last week, she declared at the NAACP National Convention that supporting abortion access “does not require anyone to abandon their faith or their beliefs,” a statement blasted as “outrageous” by Ed Whelan, distinguished senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center.

“Kamala Harris has no business using her government position to tell Americans how their faith should inform their views on legal protections for the unborn,” he told the Catholic News Agency.

Kenneth Craycraft, professor of moral theology at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary and School of Theology, said Ms. Harris’ “anti-Catholic bigotry” has been on display for years.

“Kamala Harris has not hidden her intention to institute policies against the Catholic Church, and against individuals, organizations, and institutions whose beliefs, positions, and policies are consistent with the moral theology of the Church,” Mr. Craycraft wrote on X.

Examples of where Ms. Harris has clashed with conservative Catholics and Christians often — but not always — involve her support for unfettered abortion access. They include:

• As California attorney general, she backed a 2015 state law requiring pro-life pregnancy centers to offer abortion referrals. The U.S. Supreme Court struck down the law on free-speech grounds;

She also authorized a 2015 raid on the home of pro-life activist David Daleiden over his hidden-camera probe into Planned Parenthood affiliates selling fetal tissue from abortions for research. Pro-life groups accused her of a conflict of interest based on her campaign support from Planned Parenthood;

• In the Senate, she sponsored the 2019 Do No Harm Act, which would have overridden religious objections to providing birth control in employer insurance plans and performing abortions and gender-transition procedures at Catholic hospitals;

• She cosponsored the 2017 Equality Act, which would ban discrimination based on gender identity, allowing biological males who identify as female to access girls’ and women’s facilities. The bill also exempts itself from the Religious Freedom Restoration Act;

• During her failed 2019 presidential campaign, she suggested that states should be required to obtain pre-clearance from the Justice Department before passing abortion restrictions.

Last year, Ms. Harris was mocked for her speech on abortion rights in which she said the Declaration of Independence guaranteed the right to “liberty and the pursuit of happiness” without mentioning life.

“Kamala Harris is a left-wing demagogue who is even more aggressive in promoting abortion, and even more extreme in her hostility to religious freedom rights, than Joe Biden,” said C.J. Doyle, Catholic Action League executive director.

The Washington Times reached out to the Harris campaign for comment.

Ms. Harris defended her record on religious freedom during the 2020 vice presidential debate after Vice President Mike Pence accused her of attacking judicial nominees over their beliefs.

“Joe Biden and I are both people of faith, and it’s insulting to suggest that we would knock anyone for their faith,” Ms. Harris said. “And, in fact, Joe, if elected, will be only the second practicing Catholic as President of the United States.”

Guthrie Graves-Fitzsimmons, author of “Just Faith: Reclaiming Progressive Christianity,” praised her in a Monday op-ed for MSNBC, saying that she “embodies our nation’s founding ideal of religious freedom and models a Christian commitment to religious pluralism.”

Conservative Catholics decried Mr. Biden’s veer to the left as president, but the Democrat had an ace in the hole: He’s a lifelong Catholic. Ms. Harris, a Baptist who attended Baptist and Hindu services growing up, has no such card.

Despite his well-known Catholic faith, Mr. Biden won just 52% of the Catholic vote in 2000, barely topping Mr. Trump, a non-Catholic who captured 47%, according to Edison Research exit polling.

Another wrinkle: Mr. Trump’s running mate, Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance, converted to Catholicism in 2019 and has been outspoken about his Catholic faith.

“Harris should be concerned about the impact CatholicVote’s galvanizing of Catholic voters — who boast a heavy presence in numerous key swing states like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan — could have on her 2024 ambitions,” Mr. Burch said.

[Doug]  Has this childless radical ever acknowledged these millions and millions of abortions involve the taking of an innocent human life, that her opponents have a valid point to make?

The woman is not a uniter by any stretch.

First woman President, if it's her, will be a woman who never gave birth, never raised a family, got her first political appointment by selling out her womanhood, and calls those who won't kill innocent unborn unfit for office if they won't renounce their faith.

Unfortunately, mostly no.  People change their minds on their own when they're good and ready, not because opposition (us) points out Left flaws.

Here's another example:
Kamala's Radical Pastor
https://freebeacon.com/democrats/an-inspiration-to-me-always-meet-kamala-harriss-radical-pastor/

6 days after 9/11 he said, "America, is there anything you did to set up this climate?" Brown asked the audience. "Ohhhh—America, what did you do?"

Reminds us exactly of Reverend Wright.  Hannity harped on that endlessly. Obama was the furthest Left Senator - with Marxist roots - and won - twice.

Only saving grace, Harris doesn't have Obama's skill set.

I hear moderate Dems starting to take another look at RFK jr.  It will all come down to the hate level of DJT because both sides will need all their voters.

Kamala Is the $2.5 Trillion Woman
https://mailchi.mp/5a579f78c605/unleash-prosperity-hotline-886-weekend-edition-869432

Most of the time vice presidents don't have a big impact on policy. It was FDR's first veep, John Nance Garner, who once famously declared the job "wasn't worth a warm bucket of spit."

But Kamala Harris has had a profound impact on Bidenomics. When she wasn't busy un-securing the border, she provided the tie-breaking vote for final passage in the Senate for both the $1.9 trillion America Rescue Plan in 2021 and the nearly $700 billion for the Green New Deal "Inflation Reduction Act."

Those massive spending bills detonated the biggest debt bomb in American history.

Last week, Kamala openly boasted about her pivotal role in passing Bidenomics - and we will take her word for it.

There's a good recap here of Kamala's impact on the federal budget in this Fox News clip this past weekend featuring Unleash Prosperity co-founder Stephen Moore.

Like Rep Jim Clyburn said, "We al knew..."  [This spending would lead to this inflation.]

Can't run from that record, especially when your plan is to do more of the same.

It is comedy, parody mixed with truth, isn't that what parodies do?

Letting criminals run free since 2020.

WCCO (CBS affiliate) slammed for coverage of Kamala Harris’ support of Minnesota Freedom Fund
The WCCO article drew a community note on the social media platform X, which said that "Kamala has promoted MFF in the past and her X post supporting it is still active (for now)."

Hersh: Obama, Harris Threatened Biden With 25th Amendment

https://thepostmillennial.com/seymour-hersh-obama-and-kamala-threatened-to-invoke-the-25th-amendment-on-biden-before-he-dropped-out#google_vignette

I personally don't trust Hersh, but something very much like this happened.  And it's crooked.

The 25th amendment wasn't intended as a blackmail device.

Once again these power addicted clowns put politics ahead of country.

Not fit to run for President means not fit to be President.  But THEY don't care.  Meanwhile Hezbullah, Houttis, Gazans and Putin attack allies without fear of US retribution.

If Biden's endorsement was made under duress, isn't it worthless??

If Biden's letter of removal from race was made under duress, isn't it non-binding.

Next move is for Biden to change (what is left of) his mind.

The thing I’m waiting to see is what pound of flesh Dr. Shadow President Mrs. Biden extracted and the timing for that reveal. I will clearly happen after the election, and subject to modification depending on whether or not Harris wins. Perhaps we should compile a list of candidates:

• Pardonpolooza!
• Gold plated presidential library & perpetual money laundering machine
• Gotta mull this one, but I bet there are certain people in the admin with interesting stories to tell or otherwise have something on the Bidens. Bet’cha someone is making a list, identifying the bribes, threats, or combo thereof most likely to work, gaming out what targets the Republicans will likely go after, game out different responses depending on who’s controlling the senate, house, and WH, etc. Joe clearly doesn’t have the cognitive octane to do so, while Dr. Mrs. Shadow Harpie Jill has the will, but not the political acumen so some trusted aide has got to be gaming this stuff out.

What else?

Oh, and I don’t trust Hersh any further than I can spit a rat, but stopped clocks and all that….

Jefferson chopped down because he owned slaves

TR # 4 ?

O'bamster just below Truman and above Eisenhower who only led us through both WW2 as allied supreme commander and through much of the cold war.

then LBJ who got us deeply into Vietnam but that gets blamed on Nixon and LBJs civil right legislation belongs to the ages      of course the Great Society without which we would not have such project monstrosities

and JFK #10 even though he was president for what less than 3 yrs and got us out of the Cuban missile crises by removing missiles in Europe.

Clinton above J Adams - of course   If only J Adams had focus groups and pollsters.

and OF COURSE JOE BIDEN JUST BEHIND J ADAMS BUT OF COURSE AHEAD of Woodrow Wilson ( but wait didn't he like the movie 'Birth of a Nation'?)

and of course both ahead of Reagan who seems to slip down while Carter moves up.  hmmmm.

Carter somehow ranked # 22 despite being blown out in 1980 election.

Of course we know who is ranked dead last.

So yes the historians (who of course are not partisan) have already lifted Biden from the basement where he belongs
along with Carter Buchanan
and Harding.

It all makes sense down to the Klooney letter going through Obama or whoever spearheaded this.  Also Axelrod speaking up earlier meant this was already going on behind the scenes and they were showng him they were serious.

The story published taints Harris's candidacy; it's all built on dishonesty and they're still being dishonest about it.  Can they bury the Hersh story with a pillow until it stops breathing?  It really just puts to words what everyone can plainly see.

It taints the remainder of his Presidency as well, which helps sink her candidacy as well.

It's plenty close but she's already losing in every swing state except Minnesota and the honeymoon is over.  (MN is a Swing state?!)

There's no way they went through all this without at least one more shoe still to drop...

I said she would last 2 weeks, but at some point they have to print ballots for all their early voting fraud.

If this ends up the way it's headed, plenty of people are going to want to sell their story as the ship goes down.

of course I am just mocking Biden on this:

https://variety.com/2024/film/news/jeff-bridges-j-j-abrams-mark-hamill-white-dudes-for-harris-zoom-call-1236089505/

but I do think the concept of a group called "white dudes for Harris" is the stupidest thing I have ever seen.

perhaps they could qualify with *rich* "white dudes for Harris".

does that sound better ?   :-P

Coolidge at 34?  Should be top 3 or 4, that tells me all I need to know about these liberal professors who call themselves "historians" but don't know economics is part of history.

FDR (#2?) waited until Pearl Harbor was destroyed to notice the rising threats around the world affect us.  The "historians" don't know much about foreign policy either.

Kamala Harris Does a Fracking Flip-Flop
She switches to win Pennsylvania, but does she disavow Biden policy to squeeze fossil fuels by regulation?

Kamala Harris performed her first big political backflip of the presidential campaign on the weekend, reversing her support for a ban on fracking for oil and gas. Her election conversion is political damage control, but would she continue the Biden Administration’s regulatory siege against fossil fuels?

Running for president in 2019, Ms. Harris averred “there’s no question I’m in favor of banning fracking.” While popular among progressives, a fracking ban doesn’t play well in working-class areas, especially Pennsylvania, which is the second largest natural gas producing state after Texas.

A President can’t ban fracking on private and state land or limit existing production on federal land. But that hasn’t stopped the Biden Administration from using every regulatory tool to curtail oil and gas production.

Days after taking office Mr. Biden imposed a moratorium on new lease sales on federal lands. After this was blocked in court, his Administration slow-walked drilling permits and auctions. The Environmental Protection Agency has tightened methane regulations, increasing production costs and making some wells uneconomic. The White House also directed federal agencies to incorporate climate in environmental reviews so they can block fossil-fuel projects solely because of CO2 emissions.

At the same time the Administration has sought to reduce demand for oil and gas with rules that effectively mandate more electric vehicles and bar new natural gas power plants. It has paused permits for new liquefied natural gas (LNG) export projects. Don’t forget the green energy subsidies that make fossil-fuel electric power less competitive.

The EPA has also proposed regulations that would force existing gas power plants to close. It has floated designating Texas’s Permian Basin in violation of ozone standards, which would require substantial reductions in production. Does Ms. Harris plan to finish these rules?

She would have to go further to achieve the Administration’s goal of a carbon-free electric grid by 2035. Mr. Biden’s climate ambitions have been constrained by the political imperative of winning West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin’s support for his nominees. Ms. Harris might not be similarly encumbered.

Does she support maintaining Mr. Biden’s “pause” on LNG export projects? If the press won’t ask, why doesn’t Mr. Trump?

Harris Staff Turnover Rate
« Reply #349 on: July 31, 2024, 04:22:46 AM »
Kamala’s staff turnover rate is 90% plus, which I think speaks loudly to her leadership skills. Trump and Biden’s staff turnover is 70% plus each, which also strikes me as high. With that said, I suspect the comparison is likely apples to oranges as I suspect the pressures under which the various staffs work while the enticements staffers are offered to jump ship likely differ too:

https://legalinsurrection.com/2024/07/soul-destroying-criticism-kamala-harriss-high-staff-turnover-rate-resurfaces/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=soul-destroying-criticism-kamala-harriss-high-staff-turnover-rate-resurfaces

I hope someone bothers to ask her a question about this as IMO this metric strongly correlates w/ leadership ability.
