W is in the news a lot lately with photos of love with him and Michelle O and whats her names daytime show as guest.

I am not quite sure what that is all about.

Is he saying look at me I am lovable compared to the vulgar Trump?

Is he making a statement?

I don't get it.  But he is ESTABLISHMENT.   He is not bashing
Trump but.....  I just don't get it.

W is in the news a lot lately ...

I have not seen him but my understanding is that he is on a book tour and trying to be responsive to the leading questions asked after a long period of silence.  Answers in the clips are very generally out of context but there is no love of Trump after what he did to his brother.

The better time to have broken his silence might have been during the last two years of his Presidency.

To the plus side, he is reminding people with his example of what a president is supposed to do after leaving office, namely STFU.

Doug,
yes , he is promoting a new book I realize now.
you right !

Craft.

what is STFU?  woops.  Never mind.  Just figured it out.
No doubt we had Presidents who have stumped to some degree for successors or later candidates or pols who they support , but I don't recall in my lifetime having someone like the Brock who is actively working and scheming to subvert a successor along with his army of partisans.

I don't no about the history of earlier Presidents  some of whom went back to their cabins and died not much more then broke.

Well, I guess W  is saying that 60 million people  in the US who were born in other countries is not enough.  Imiigration levels are higher then ever including the 1800 and 1900 hundreds mass immigration  waves

I agree that Trump is too crude and vulgar but W, there  is a reason your brother lost.

There IS a reason you are the bottom of the Presidential rankings dung heap.

You had no problems keeping your mouth shut while Obama was transforming our country, but NOW you decide to speak out?

What about the lack of civility from the LEFT which includes the mocking of you while you were President.  Stand up for us on the right for God's sake.

Fredo?
« Reply #57 on: October 20, 2017, 02:20:26 PM »
Is this a reference to Fredo from Godfather?
I am probably the only person on the planet that did not like that movie series:

From Wikipedia:
Fredo (Frederico) Corleone is a fictional character in Mario Puzo's novel The Godfather. Fredo is portrayed by American actor John Cazale in the Francis Ford Coppola film adaptation and in the sequel, The Godfather Part II.
He is the second son of the mafia don Vito Corleone (Marlon Brando and Robert De Niro). Fredo is the younger brother of Sonny (James Caan) and the elder brother to Michael (Al Pacino) and sister, Connie (Talia Shire).[1]
Being weaker and less intelligent than his brothers, Fredo has little power or status within the Corleone crime family.

lets see if W rises

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historical_rankings_of_presidents_of_the_United_States

aggregate of historians (mostly libs of course)  is W is 33 and James Earl Carter is 27.
i think some of the libs may well reconsider moving W  up a few notches perhaps to 28 just behind James Earl Carter.

Brock of course is so far tied with John Quincy Adams at 15 and of course is ranked ahead of Reagan who is 17 just ahead of Bill Clinton who is 20.

no subjectivity here.
