I get the point GM, but question:  Where is the dividing line between posting in this thread versus existing threads?

When NATO/US formally become combatants. We are right on the line.

If China state media says it, isn't that a contrary indicator of truth?

Among the biggest 3 military powers in the world, I can think of 3 who need and deserve regime change, perhaps most urgently and importantly is China.

Invade, ok , but speak truth, how dare we?

Blind squirrel Biden got something right, so of course he backs off of it:

"I didn't say that."

Yes you did.

The PRC is just as untrustworthy as the USG and the MSM-DNC. Occasionally, they all tell the truth when it serves their purposes.

Not sure that PCR's argument makes much sense.

Hypersonics can/will be launched from planes, boats, and/or subs, so the first strike danger exists regardless.

Also, IIRC the Russkis were upset at the anti-missile missiles Trump negotiated for Poland and Czech Republic-- IIRC promptly thrown away by President Magoo , , ,

https://www.zerohedge.com/military/kremlin-again-warns-us-nato-weapons-transports-ukraine-will-be-attacked

At a moment the Pentagon has vowed to "speed up" weapons deliveries to Ukraine forces, and after Slovakia announced early this week it is in discussion with NATO allies to provide Kiev with MiG-29 fighter jets, the Kremlin has repeated its warning that any weapons shipments entering the country will be viewed as "legitimate military targets".

The renewed warning was issued Wednesday by Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, who told TASS news agency that the military stands ready to attack any US or NATO vehicles caught transporting weapons into the conflict.

"We are warning that US-NATO weapons transports across Ukrainian territory will be considered by us as legal military targets," said Ryabkov, after last month the Kremlin issued a similar warning. But this time the language has been narrowed to specifically put the US and NATO on notice, whereas previously this was left somewhat ambiguous.

"illegal war"

"We are warning that US-NATO weapons transports across Ukrainian territory will be considered by us as legal military targets,"

this whole concept of WAR and war crimes
 "illegal war"

seems like an oxymoron to me.

if a country is at war what do laws have to do with it.
why do lawyers have to decide wha

Perhaps a declaration with an eye to maintaining the kinetic expression of the fight to the Ukraine i.e. avoiding direct conflict.

Though there are some relevant questions raised, there is also a goodly amount of denial about Russian behavior in that piece.

For example:  "By bringing in air support and precision bombing (in Syria) Russia proved to all the world".

Seriously?

Did Russia hit ISIS in Syria?

"Putin is holding GPS hostage.":

****Unlike Russia, China, and some other countries, the U.S. does not have a terrestrial system to fall back on when essential timing and navigation signals from space are not available.

We had such a system, but instead of security and resiliency, bureaucrats saw unneeded duplication with GPS and it was shutdown. And notwithstanding promises in 2008 and 2015 to establish a land-based backup for GPS, and a 2018 law requiring one to be in operation by the end of 2020, nothing has been done.****

They’ll seize Russian owned yachts without due process, but they won’t even bother to
comply with a federal law that actually protects Americans.
