We have been hearing Mark Levin and Alan Dershowitz speak of violations of Due Process being applied to DJT.

So of course Jamie Raskin uses the same tactic against SCOTUS he does not like.

PS:
Dershowitz stated knowing Larry (Lib Tribe) for decades said how he always would interpret the Constitution in a way favorable to crats.

And he can always somehow twist it [my words] in some way to do just that.

I believe Pa. and Nv. are swing states.  With Democrat governors they do not check for any ID.  That is totally CRAZY!
And Az does not require photo ID.

I listened to Newt's latest podcast and he had pollsters on.
Mcglaughlin said if Biden does not win Pa. - he has NO path to the Presidency!

Certainly there are FAR more illegals then 19 million. It has got to be 30 million or more.

ASSUMING THIS IS TRUE WHICH NO REASON TO PUT IT PAST THE DEMS, THEN I AM *NOT* SURE WE CAN WIN THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE.

No wonder the Dems want all Repubs to swear on the Bible they will accept election results.
Of course, we won't.

And they will not either if Trump wins.

The study notes that the 2022 U.S. Census listed approximately 19 million adult noncitizens living in the country. (The real number is much higher.) "Given their voter registration rates," the report continues, "this means that about 2 million to 5 million of them are illegally registered to vote." In a presidential election that was decided four years ago by 43,000 votes spread across three swing states, these numbers would likely be decisive, both for the presidency and for control of Congress.

so why would they not finish the job and sentence him to prison or at the very least house arrest.*
