" spoiled little degenerate "

https://www.dailyfetched.com/trump-torches-declares-alex-soros-a-spoiled-little-degenerate-we-cant-let-him-win/

while I wholeheartedly agree I must note :

the exact same thing can be said of Trump.

And there my folks lies the problem and

that is why we need to be rid of him.

https://www.jpost.com/diaspora/antisemitism/article-759484

of course the "anti semite" trope will make the MSM waves

I am not offended by this at all.
It is frankly obvious to me this has merit.

I wonder how Mark Levin will handle this.
He once lamented few yrs back how the liberal Jews came over from Europe and "brought their socialism ( probably would say Communism now ) with them".

We see Jewish attorney after another lambasting Trump
We see the 29 out of 40 ish Jewish legislative members doing the same.
We see many Jews in media doing the same.
We see the Zuckerbergs Soros doing the same.

We see the MSM still hitting Netanyahu more then not.

Civil war amongst Jews exists here and in Israel

Probably most prominent Conservative Jews , I suspect will ignore this, afraid to chime in .

We will see.

Financial times, Trump valuations were right

(Doug) Let's assume there is a perfect number for valuation which of course is hogwash. If there is a perfect number, there is no way for any of the parties to know it, and it changes every minute or second.

When an owner is asked to Value his property or holding, because he must err, he must err on the high side.  Any error on the low side potentially takes money out of his own pocket. Same for interpretations of square footage and other features. The article indicates that in the science of valuation one of the tools used is Imagination. The owner of a property likely has more imagination for his property than a disinterested party.

Stated here before by others, there is no reason to believe the bank or insurance company or any other party did not do valuations of their own. Due diligence and fiduciary responsibility.  To take the owner's word for it would be malfeasance, negligence, incompetence.

Leaker of Trump's tax returns gets wrist slap
« Reply #363 on: January 28, 2024, 09:02:24 AM »
One defense is Charles Littlejohn did what he thought was the right thing to do when committing the crime:

A lawyer for Littlejohn said a five-year sentence—the maximum—would be “extreme” and unjustified. “He did what he thought was right at the time, but now fully acknowledges that he was wrong,”

clearly political
clearly either bogus or exaggerated

from what this non attorney arm chair headline readers sees both this Joe Tacopena
and this Habbas attorneys were both way over their heads and bungled the defense.
OTOH not clear how much good attorneys would have made a difference with DNC opposition from the filing of the case to the Judge to probably most of the jurors

Have to admit Nikki sounded stupid the other day she has full faith in the jury awarding 82 million in damages when even the plaintiff attorney was only asking for 10 million.

Sounds like the opposite of jury nullification if you ask me.
(no one did but I will post anyway)

yeah sure a "jury of his peers"

What I have seen of Habbas has left me underwhelmed.

That said, the statute upending the statute of limitations, the indictment, the judge, and the jury made the outcome a forgone conclusion.

As Trumps NY "hush money" trial looms in April, it's well worth remembering these Cohen tidbits as he'll be a prime witness:

Gutfield knocks it out of the park, explaining Trump is not a professional pol trained to emit pablum and gladhand voters. Rather, he is vying to represent the interests of the American people. Who will do a better job of that? A nitwit ducking unscripted interactions or an asshole that unapologetically represents American interests for 70 minutes in front of a hostile press corp playing gotcha?

I'm on the road and less up on the chatter of the moment than usual, but

a) Isn't that the family there with him?

b) Didn't Trump assert that he had received permission?

Trump picked up a shift at the fryer then drive-in window at a McDonald’s today. A quarter hour into the gig he quipped “I’ve now worked at a McDonald’s 15 minutes longer than Kamala….”

Trump tooling around Wisco … in a garbage truck:

https://x.com/gragedustin/status/1851753963789664469?s=61

He does know how to turn lemons into lemon election aid.

ETA: Likely extemporaneous, self-deprecating, funny, and politically adroit telling of why he’s wearing his garbage man outfit on stage in Green Bay:

Contrast that to Harris:
