The LEFt never let up when Gerald Ford stumbled

https://nypost.com/2021/03/19/gerald-ford-stumbled-like-biden-in-1975-and-got-roasted/

massive fodder and meriless mocking from the  late night smart alecks including Johnny Carson ( who was closet democrat,  till it was revealed later )

GBush Sr. did too
Obama , the greatest basketballing president who ever lived did too:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-Btql4G2yE

but biden has them all beat  -  3 trips in a row ! new record !

should go into Guinness book!

that said none of the TV smart asses will mention this in late night TV
CNN will ignore or have Gupta come on and explain how dangerous those stairs are and it could happen to anyone etc etc.

Yeah, I saw this.  On such men the fate of the Republic depends , , ,

We pride ourselves on equal handedness.  It was wrong for Trump to hire McConnell's wife as this is here.  We didn't stop it then. Now we can't stop it here.  Right, the filibuster and the republic hang in the balance.

Aren't centrists great, now the fate of the republic depends on people with no known guiding principles.

Why do we have centrist Dems elected in conservative states but no centrists R's elected to the Senate from liberal states?

That republic doesn't exist anymore.

"That republic doesn't exist anymore."

From my point of view, the fight to rescue it ends at death.

Truth is on our side, and have you seen the leader of the opposition:
https://firehydrantoffreedom.com/index.php?topic=2776.msg133805#msg133805

The brain trust behind the American Left and their puppet Biden administration is not insurmountable.

he hasn't been for 47 yrs
that is why he lost 3 times

but carried across the finish line by pallbearers

now propped up like a mummy

waiting for his handlers - the obama crowd to eventually admit the obvious and figure how to carry him off in a stretcher and start the MSM fireworks about the first half Jamaican half Indian female
married to the first gentlemen Jew fanfare
and breaking of the glass ceilings as though the rest of us could care less
and hate her guts and her politics

This is the best he and his allies can muster -

despite an adoring media
despite manipulation by big tech on news in his favor
despite the poll being conducted by a radical leftist org and almost surely skewed in his favor
despite the ending of corona epidemic
despite massive spending
and likely other advantages I left out

Real Clear poll results:

Is it the argument of the decline deniers that Joe was never any sharper than this?

Over under anyone on when he will step down?  Shortly after the midterms I presume. As doctors might say, we already know the rate of decline. I would add, brain deterioration doesn't just affect reading and speaking functions.

Joe retells the coal miner ancestor story that he admitted was BS 16 years ago.

False memory syndrome, selective memory syndromes add to the confusion.  It's always been harder to lie and keep your stories straight than to tell the truth, so leftist politicians will have more trouble with aging.

When your lips have been moving for 80 years with reckless regard for the truth, how do you keep track of what has been called out as bunk and what hasn't yet?

Katie Couric didn't correct him.  Did she not know?  He been a dunce for a very long time, and they've treated him with kid gloves all through it.

Knowing what we know now, that interview is cringe filled.  He sits there with his extended arm an inch from her shoulder - dying to run his hands through her hair.  Makes an innuendo about opposite sexes interacting right here with you and me (Katie Couric), "we're doing it", both smile.  Ugh.

Most offensive:  2012: "They're gonna put y'all back in chains!"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f7Q1I6PIIuY
He is talking to blacks about a Republican party led by Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.  Scary!  He is speaking figuratively, but he is not joking.  He is working the game plan.  Stoke up the fear of Republicans in the eyes of black voters [since his first term with half-black Barack did nothing for them].  Fear of what?  Too much freedom?  Not enough growth in government?  No mention that the Emancipation Proclamation was a Republican document; segregation was a Democrat program.  No foresight that his successor's Republican policies, opposite to theirs would bring blacks the greatest wage growth in a generation and lowest unemployment history.  [Could have had that four years sooner.]  Besides being wrong on every major foreign policy decision in the last 40 years.

Hatred and fear spewed by the administration that used the IRS to block political opponents from organizing.  Most corrupt in history.

This man is evil, the public executor of the high tech lynching of Clarence Thomas with evidence thinner than Tara Reade, the man who turned Bork into a verb, before the politics of personal destruction became "high tech lynching".  If he loses the filter he never had, it can only get worse.

the "leaks " on Harris
« Reply #92 on: July 01, 2021, 10:50:49 AM »
very strange

"https://pjmedia.com/news-and-politics/stacey-lennox/2021/07/01/why-is-kamala-harris-the-only-target-of-leaks-from-the-buttoned-up-biden-administration-n1458785"

obviously this is allowed
perhaps to deflect away from Biden
and let her take heat

First of all what do they mean team Harris and team Biden?

Aren't they all on the same single team?

Second , why are Dems allowing bad press on the very likely next President?

Thirdly , why is is ok to bash a Black Female all of a sudden?  I though this group is exempt.

My armchair guess is Biden's close "handlers". are annoyed Harris publicaly
complained about being the "fall guy " over being named border czar

and now this is revenge time.

Anyone else have theories?

Since when do "leaks" ever come out in a Democrat controlled WH?

"Aren't they all on the same single team?"

   - My take.  To us, they're all liberals and should all be on the same page, but since liberalism is all BS, there have to be different ideas about who gets to make it all up and how to carry it out.  They have nearly absolute power with one party rule so there are bound to be power struggles.  Harris appears certain to be President since Biden appears certain to be not running for reelection and she needs to run as the incumbent.  She no doubt tests her power in front of "staff" [puppet master wannebes], but these people know they are the ones who picked her and believe she reports to them (behind the scenes).

An important shift occurred on the Left over the last few decades.  I believe Rush L was the first to point it out.  We used to call liberal media the 'willing accomplices of the Democrats' and the Left. That is now exactly backwards.  The media-academia elite complex is the power center of the Left and calls the shots.  The Democrat politicians are now the willing accomplices.

We can't see the formal power structure but it is represented in the room when the important decisions are made.  Does it lead to Obama or does it lead to the people who controlled him?  We don't really know.  No doubt Kamala thinks she is already effectively in charge.  Someone is telling her otherwise.  We make or break you.

As some conservatives like to say about Democrat in-fighting:  Get the popcorn.
